The New York Food Company presents the inaugural Winemaker Dinner on Thursday, November 3 at 6:30 p.m. at La Venta Inn.
The event features the wines of Trinitas Cellars, Napa Valley. Guests will dine on a seasonally inspired, four course dinner served with specifically selected Trinitas wines while enjoying amazing views and ambiance of the iconic La Venta Inn.
Welcome appetizers paired with Trinitas 2013 Chardonnay, Carneros
First Course: Lobster Ravioli with saffron crème sauce and snipped chives paired with Trinitas 2014 Sauvignon Blanc, Napa Valley
Second Course: Fall salad of seasonal greens, oven roasted butternut squash, caramelized red onion, toasted walnuts, feta crumbles withmaple mustard vinaigrette, Artisanal breads, rolls and butter
Third Course: Butter sautéed filet medallions with a Trinitas Cabernet demi and fall herb polenta cake (option of lemon parsley risotto and roasted stuffed plum tomato) paired with Trinitas 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley
Fourth Course: Raspberry panna cotta garnished with fresh raspberries and a dark chocolate truffle paired with
Trinitas 2012 Mysteriama, Mendocino & Contra Costa Counties
