The Torrance Memorial Holiday Festival is going virtual this year!
Although the Holiday Festival will not be under the big white tent this year, you will still find many ways to celebrate, participate and support the hospital!
Heroes Tree Ornaments – Ongoing
Honor a hero in your life with digital signage recognition at this 12′ tree which will be displayed in the Grand Lobby of Lundquist Tower. Donation levels are $100 to $10,000.
Holiday Story Contest – FREE – Deadline to enter is November 1
People of all ages are invited to submit a holiday story. Winning stories will be read “Live from the North Pole” on December 2 at 5 pm.
Online Silent Auction – November 22 to November 29
Bidding opens November 22, but auction items are being added regularly, so please visit the site occasionally for a preview of what will be available.
Online Holiday Tree Auction – Starting November 25
Our beautiful holiday trees will be posted and available for auction beginning November 25. A video tour of the trees will also be posted online.
Virtual Gala and Live Auction – December 4, $100 per household
Join us on Zoom for a unique interactive event with MC and Auctioneer Fritz Coleman! The evening includes a virtual cocktail reception, inspiring messages, a lineup of live auction items, and lots of smiles with the Torrance Memorial family. Skip the cooking and order with the convenient “Flavor of Festival” by Food Fetish (optional additional purchase)!
Gingerbread House Decorating Contest – Photo submissions due by December 10
With a donation of $100, you’ll pick up a gingerbread house kit at Torrance Bakery, decorate it and submit your best photo by December 10 to enter the contest. Winner will be announced on December 15. Each $100 kit donation will support the Lundquist Lurie Cardiovascular Institute.
