The Torrance Hometown Heroes Military Banner Recognition Program recognizes the community’s men and women in uniform who are currently serving in the Armed Forces, veterans who have served in the past, or veterans of the past who are now deceased.
The 2021 application period is now open. Applications for the 2021 program are available online and on some public counters, including City Hall and City libraries. Applications for the 2021 program will be accepted until February 5 2021.
