Gabi James will host a Pinxtos & Paella Party with Vermina Vermouth on Monday, February 18 from 3 to 5 p.m.
Vermina Vermouth is the result of a 20-plus year friendship between Rosoff, a veteran Los Angeles restaurantuer, and Clifton, a revered Santa Barbara County winemaker. Produced at Clifton’s Palmina winery in Lompoc, California, Vermina Vermouth is available in two varieties, Rojo and Blanco. Guests will enjoy a tasting of each vermouth ‘straight’ and as a cocktail. Executive Chef Chris Feldmeier will present a selection of pinxtos and traditional paella to pair.
Tickets are $40 per guest.
