The El Segundo Community Services Department is asking the public to show community pride in a creative way this year to celebrate Hometown Fair.
Although the popular annual event was canceled for 2021, the City still wants the public to share what makes El Segundo special by framing their memories on #Hometownframes posters available at the Checkout Building (401 Sheldon Street) throughout May. Staff will be putting up the submissions around town and in Recreation Park in June.
Rules:
1. One per family
2. Use illustrations, words, print outs, stencils, etc.
3. Due to the glossy material of the frame refrain from using pencil.
4. Turn in your finished frame to the Checkout Building by the end of May.
Take a picture of your Frame, tag the Recreation Parks Division @esrecandparks and use the #hometownframes.
